Pre-Order New Print Edition of my First Graphic Novel, TABLE FOR ONE

I made my debut in comics in 2004 with my first graphic novel, Table for One, which I pitched at conventions as "Dirty Harry as a Waiter." It garnered me a Russ Manning Most Promising Newcomer award nomination, an Eisner Award nomination for Talent Deserving of Wider Recognition, as well as an endorsement by who I consider to be the best comic book artist of all, Alex Toth. You can order a signed copy of the book below. It's 84 pages, square-bound, 8 x 10, black & white with gray wash, and anything that can happen does happen all in one night in an underground restaurant in Manhattan.

My synopsis: It's one hell of a night in an underground restaurant in Manhattan. William Howland's boss bet against him lasting a year as a waiter under him. It's pay-up time. But on this night, Will's code to treat all as they deserve doesn't serve anyone well, and he might not even last the night. And then she walks in…

I'm selling it for $15, and will be shipping it in a flat rate Priority mail envelope for Domestic customers, as it's a good size to send it in, and it will get to you very soon after you order it. Priority mail is almost $7, so the total price for the book and shipping will be $22. Priority would cost too much for international customers, so I will be using First Class shipping.

If you want me to sign it, I will charge two dollars, in the second shopping cart below. I will be taking pre-orders for two weeks, and then will use those orders to make a print order. So I should have print copies in less than a month. I will notify people when exactly they should expect their copies after I found out. Thank you.

Buy Issues 1, 2 & 3 of The Infidel, Featuring Pigman

Order the three issues of The Infidel, featuring Pigman below, in a package. (You can order individual issues in the below posts) Issues 1 and 2 are $4.95 each, and issue 3 is double-sized, so $9.95. Then I have the signed copies option below the regular option, and I charge $2 for each signed issue.

THE INFIDEL is about twin brothers Killian Duke and Salaam Duka whose Muslim background comes to the forefront of their lives on 9/11. It's Recovered Muslim vs Born Again Muslim. Killian responds to the atrocity by creating a comic book about an ex-Muslim counter-jihad superhero called PIGMAN, as Salaam fully surrenders to Islam. Pigman's battle against his archenemy SuperJihad is echoed by the escalating conflict between the twins.

The Infidel, featuring Pigman #3 in Print

PIG-Sized 56 Pages!

I now have the first three issues of my Pigman comic book, The Infidel, available in Print (and digital on Amazon Kindle and ComiXology). You can now order issue #3 below. (Order #1 in print here and #2 in print here). Issue #3 is a PIG-Sized 56 pages, where Pigman battles SuperJihad for the first time. It's over 30 pages bigger than issue #2, so I have to charge twice as much. Issue 1 and 2 go for $4.95, and this goes for $9.95. Shipping will also be over a dollar more than for issue 1 and 2, making the unsigned copies, domestic, $13.95. I charge $2 extra for signed copies, at the second "Add to Cart" button below. And Please, for International customers, choose the International option by clicking the down arrow right above the "Add to Cart" button.

For those who haven't yet read my comic book: It's a story within a story, with the Pigman part of it being the comic book within the graphic novel. Here's a synopsis of The Infidel:

The Infidel, featuring Pigman #2 in Print

Here’s a glimpse of the interior, on video.

Order your print or digital copy of issue 1 here and issue 2 below.

I released the first print comic book of The Infidel, featuring Pigman #1 last month. (1, 2, and 3 are available digitally on Amazon Kindle and ComiXology), and now I have #2 in print available for purchase. As with the print issue of #1, I made some changes in the art, which I think improved the final product, so those who have the digital versions can see the differences, though some are subtle. Below is the front and back cover. Thank you

.

“…the second issue of [Fawstin’s] series on the confrontation between Islam and the West that blends our day-to-day reality in the Clash of Civilizations and a superhero named Pigman … In an environment where censorship and self-censorship are common, [The[ Infidel is the rarest of things, it is a graphic novel which goes directly to the heart of the issue. Comics routinely pander to Islam. Infidel #2 stands up to it in the most direct way possible.”

The Infidel, featuring Pigman #1 in Print

Here's a glimpse of the interior, on video.

In the process of preparing my comic book for print, I took a good look at each page, and I suppose you can call it a remastered version of the issue that's been available digitally from ComiXology and Amazon Kindle for a few years. Those who know the issue well will clearly see the differences, which I think improve the comic book. I've attached an image of the Front and Back cover.

UDPATE 2: A number of customers complained that I didn't sign their comics, when I actually did. I sign it in permanent black ink right under the title, to the right, but some think that it's part of the print cover. It's not. So keep in mind that this is how and where I sign it.

ProPiganda: Drawing the Line Against Jihad

ProPiganda is the poster book companion to THE INFIDEL graphic novel, as well as the first appearance of Pigman in print. Preview and ordering information are below. Thank you for your interest in my work.

If you want to see the enemy get it, get this book

The book is square-bound, 9 x 11, 128 pages, 75 of them color, the rest black & white for $20. The book is filled with poster-type images of the main characters, mainly of Pigman, as well as a number of  essays I've written on all things Islam and Jihad. This blog was meant to be a way to get myself out there while working on THE INFIDEL, so these images are now exclusive to this collection, though a few of them may end up as individual covers of The Infidel series.
Order your signed copy by clicking below:

International Customers: I use a priority mail envelope to ship these domestically, which would be 3 times more than the cost of the book to ship it that way internationally. So I shipt it First Class International, which is still a few bucks than the book itself to ship. But if you want it, you can choose the international option by clicking the down white arrow (in the blue box) right above the "Add to Cart" button.
